Blue Drum

Salt-soaked satin drips and releases stockpiled pressure as we soil our feet in Lake Superior’s grit. Her fervent wake hits on time,a Pisces of a bass drum. His cautious blues drift overand hold under a swelling moon.Declined to plant flowers at the barwith his friends that are likely shimmeringin cobalt lights and aspiration.Pause this moment in sepia, capture icy feet run back along forget me nots and burned out votives.
